Good Morning, After checking with every staff member here, no-one recalls having come in contact with you. We would like to kindly ask you to first email sales@thatcarplace.ca and explain your situation. We believe that whatever the reason for the 1 star review can be fixed through communication and hearing each other out. Without any explanation backing this review it doesn't help us or any readers know why this rating was given. We look forward to hearing from you so we can resolve whatever issue there is. Robert and Anya were brilliant throughout the whole process, were not pushy to sell unlike other dealers, were very open and clear about prices, cost break down and whats included. Anya haggled down our interested rate price which she didnt need to do, was simply to make it cheaper for us, which we appreciated greatly! Robert had some great money saving suggestions and was helpful in finding us a reliable car that was within our budget. We got a lot more car for the money than we were expecting. They also went out of their way to personally help me out with something even before I had bought a car, very decent people, Great service too. Jason and Jess

That Car Place now has a huge selection of used vechiles, great place to shop for a good deal. The Sales Manager Kal Idriss is great to work with, nice working with someone that isn't pushy!

Great experience working towards my new car! Having worked in the car business for 8 years I have a certain level of understanding the process. I went through 8 dealerships before I came across That Car Place. Got the deal done in no time, friendly staff, professional in every way! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I know I ll be back.

I had recently got caught in a situation with my private lendor on my current car loan that I need.help with. Kyle, Kal and Onya made that happen for me. They found me an amazing vehicle, a great rate with a new lendor and all of this was stress free. Thank you for going above and beyond to get me out of the nightmare I was in.
