The service is always exceptional at Jackson's, staff are always nice to deal with and friendly even though it appears they are always extremely busy, I know they do their best during the busier times, ie. snow tire season. I am always happy with work performed and services explained to me. I had my truck in for an oil change and snow tires to be put on. I find the service area a little confusing, not sure where I am suppose to go, directly to service advisor or to the new counter inside, which was not staffed when I was there. Not a huge issue, maybe more signage would help.

I was in and out very quickly. Convenient I can get an oil change without an appointment. However, the tech who greeted and took my information, clicked on the wrong car even though he asked me if I had brought in the 2010 matrix or the 2011 matrix. I was given the receipt and saw that it was for the 2010 matrix, which I no longer have. The mistake was corrected and the tech apologized so all good.
