Zahid was a super friendly good natured man. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy a vehicle which I found made a stressful situation way more relaxing. He had good knowledge of the vehicles bells and whistles and could answer all my questions.I would recommend buying from this dealership and would definitely recommend Zahid as a salesman. Good job everyone!

Such a schemey company. They will do what they can to get every penny out of you. They try to act like they care about you and you're vehicle but they are just using it as a tactic to make more money off of you. I will NEVER go back to this business again

Hello Kirstan, we apologize for any miscommunication. Non-maintenance items, that is repairs, are a 2-step process, diagnosis followed by actual repair. Once diagnosis is complete, we can quote the parts and labour, which have a robust warranty. If repairs are declined during the current visit, the diagnosis is still a customer responsibility. Such an awful service at Smp .today I visited for oil change at Smp motors the lady samantha friesen who is service advisor over there did not know how to give an elaboration what included in the service .she just sign the documents from customer When go for a pickup a car there is huge bill for just a oil change because the lady add anything from ownself and the sign the documents from customers When you go for pickup she elaborate what they did with the car like multi point inspection and Engine hot oil flush what I don’t need in my car .that ‘s make a huge bill. .just be careful when signing the documents she add on the things which you donot need in it and then pay extra bucks for it .

I see that you had an oil change that was covered by the General Motors of Canada warranty program. Also completed were two other maintenance items, recommended by General Motors and authorized by you. When arrived, had to wait for service to be off the phone for them to take my vehicle. Took approximately 20 mins. Asked for a tire rotation. Service asked if i wanted to do a check inspection for everything as tire rotation was included. I agreed.. on the receipt it says my wheels were not rotated when that was the main reason for appointment. It said found filters dirty & they recommended a wheel alignment… service did NOT tell me about any of that but at the bottom of receipt it says “customer declined repairs” .. I DID NOT decline anything as i was not made aware. Vehicle was there all day as there was something rolling around in my vehicle that they were trying to find. Was charged $250 as they found a little bottle rolling around. However, they did give me a $79 discount. Nonetheless, im not too happy with it stating i declined anything and that the tire rotation wasnt done.
