This business is very shady. Basically forced boyfriend into a vehicle he didn’t want. It came with nothing it was promised too. They forced it through a safety with an aftermarket radio so he has no heating controls or regular settings for the jeep. Forced the heat to be directed to the windshield. Alignment way out to lunch. Broken left axel and rear diff. And saying they never said that it would come with what they promised.

Empire Auto Group Wow’d me today with great customer service. Very instant approval and a vehicle that is mint. Sam went above and beyond. Empire Auto is definitely the place to car shop. Amazing dealership and awesome group of sales guys always looking for best interest of the buyers. Amazing smile at the front desk sealed the deal for us. This Sam guy did an amazing job , all over the phone …. got me approved and drove off the lot in my brand new car within 3 days (including the weekend . Highly recommend this company!
