If i can give a ZERO I WOULD!!! They have put my family in danger ..dont get them to work on your car will be worse ....started off withfront axle then rack and pinion paid for by them still had swaying issues they said bring in ford for alignment, tire balqnce, reer shocks, idler wheel, tentioner wheel, superntine belt, spark plugs, main drive axle front to back , not bolted sub frame ..loose bolts control arm driver side 2 out of 3 bolts.why tell us bring to ford when you wernt paying the bill still needs transmission work end of may ..wont pay for this when we havnt drivn car in 5 months and 5 months of payents .to pay to borrow other cars ..my kids where in this car ...thanks for selling us a broken car could have killed my family

This company is a shame. The owner dealt with my sister very unprofessionally. Nick is not professional. After one of his Sales rep sold a vehicle to her that had so much issues, they did not compensate her for bringing the vehicle back down to London for a 2 and a half hour journey to fix what should have never been happening with the vehicle when sold. My sister is highly unsatisfied and to think I too was going to go there and get a vehicle. When my sister wanted to take her business elsewhere they assured her this was the best option knowing it was not. We shall surely fight this in court because this is not professional at all. She does not want the vehicle because all the problems with the vehicle is going to cost her to fix and that should not be the case, considering that she just got the vehicle 2 weeks ago.

This car place acts as if they have your best interest at heart and reel you in for a good review and then treats you like a lost puppy after they have done business. The car that they given me have all types of issues that is wrong with it and they fail to take the vehicle back. As a highly unsatisfied customer. They failed to disclose some issues with the vehicle and I had to drive 2.5 hrs to them to fix an issue they should have never sold the vehicle with to begin with. How it passed safety without a horn and broken turn signal light is beyond me and illegal. Well Iām not at peace and Justice will be served because this company dealt me wrong. š

Truly one of the worst buying experience Iāve had. 1. āNickā the owner, is unprofessional and untrustworthy. He manipulated his way out of written agreements, and decided to back out of the trade in vehicle, after the loan amount was paid off and we had arrived to pick up the new vehicle. 2. Hostile environment, where I personally witnessed a fist fight between the sales staff. 3. All staff were complaining about subpar management, aka nick. 4. Installation was made on the vehicle, as agreed previously, and they managed to ruin the driver side seatbelt assembly. I was forced to take it locally to fix. The owner agreed to pay for it, then refused to pay once the $60 invoice was delivered. Iām not looking for any corrective action from this dealer, but I just want to make sure this doesnāt happen to anyone else. Take your money anywhere else, but here.
