Brought the car in there with a vibration in the front end after a front end impact with a curb. Was in there for 2 months and they still could not fix the issue. No contact from Honda the whole time. Absolute waste of my time. The bill was for 1 hour of labor as well. 2 months to spend 1 hour looking.g for the vibration .........

Very Friendly, helpful staff ! Whole process of purchasing my vehicle went smoothly. Jeff Irvine (Sales) is Awesome to deal with. He was respectful of a female buying her vehicle on her own. Would highly recommend Riverview Honda

Service department was unhelpful. Bought vehicle in September 2023. June comes and I'm having an issue with my dash and a sensor error, it had rain hard the weekend prior causing the sensor to stop working. Went into the service department and female staff immediately told me she was busy and didn't have time to help me. I responded "I am only trying to ask questions". She then told me again she did not have time for me, that she has 60 cars coming in that day. I again tried explaining I am unsure of what the problem is and only trying to ask question and I want to speak to someone to find out how I fix the issue as my dash is half there. I ended up leaving with no help or the appearance this staff wanted to help. I called later that day and spoke with the front desk who was able to give some insight and then I was able to book an appointment to have the issue looked at. At this point I spoke with a family friend mechanic who explained it is a sensor that needs to be realigned by Honda. Then the day comes where I go in for my appointment. The same female who now I know is named Brenda greets me. I explained the issue she takes my keys and I wait a few minutes. Brenda comes back to me who then speaks very condescending and retells me what I explained to her what the issue was and continues to say they do not have time to fix my vehicle. That it will take an hour and half and they do not have time for me. It was 4:01pm at the time and they close at 5:30pm. She continues to say, "will when you book this late in the day" which I took places the blame on me why they can't fix it. I left work early for this appointment as well. Again I am feeling unhelped, frustrated and that this lady does not even want my busy. She also did not offer me another booking time. Very unhappy and do not want to return but must as I need Honda to fix the issue. I tried calling when I left to speak to the manager who was unavailable. Two times there with no help and issue is still not fixed. The front desk and sales team are very friendly and helpful. Service department not so much with my two times being there.
