Staff met or exceeded all of my expectations

I was very impressed by Stephanie Morano with limited time in the business she provided above average service.When asked a question she was unsure of the answer she very up front saying I don't know and went to get me the correct information needed.I also found her very helpful answering many questions after the sale was completed.I will pass her name on to any one I come across looking for a car.

Overall, very satisfied with the service here. Brought my vehicle in just at the end of it's 60k warranty for two separate issues. Initially, no one could give me a straight answer on what my warranty would cover, which was frustrating and not confidence-inspiring at all. After talking to Kevin in the service department, he agreed to do his best to look after my concerns under warranty, and I was not charged for the diagnostics on the issue that wasn't reproduced. The other was a part that was replaced under warranty and I was able to bring the vehicle back at my convenience after the part arrived, even though I was just outside my window for warranty. All in all, great customer service in the service department. Took a star off, because calling in was nearly impossible due to being hung up on while being transferred to other departments/no one answering the phone once transferred from the operator. Took far too much phone-tag for my busy schedule (2 jobs), but because my issues we're looked after and Kevin was able to cover it under warranty for me, I walked away happy. Summary: would recommend this dealership, however you need to ask questions before committing to service so you know what to expect ahead of time, and don't bother calling, just go in unless you enjoy wasting your time. Conclusion, great customer service & compassion from the service department, along with an amazing turnaround for completing work. 4/5 stars. 5/5 if we're just talking about the service department. They are great at what they do.

Our sales person was pleasant and easy to deal with. She made me feel like I was important. She is a true asset to Jackson's Toyota. Everyone we dealt with at your dealership was very friendly and personable. They made purchasing our Rav 4 a very pleasant experience.
