Quick and efficient

Service was disappointing

Sales was great but Service lacking. An ordinary service request to fix control arm turned into 6 month ordeal. Bumper had to be replaced as car was damaged in shop. I always had to call to follow up instead of service calling me. I was very inconvenienced with length of repair.

After coming home from a holiday to find out my lease was already up with no warning, I was not in the best of moods and had not had a chance to look into my options. After coming in and having a chat and test driving some cars ( including one from a sister company I had mentioned), i came to the conclusion to get a new car. At all of the steps I felt like I was being communicated with about options and their financial Implications. We looked at lease vs financing and they even went out of their way to help finance my car as i am fairly fresh to canada with a limited credit history. I have always had great experiences with winnipeg Honda and they managed to keep that going even with my not so great mind set at the beginning.

I purchased a 2017 Honda CRV Touring very recently. My experience at Winnipeg Honda was outstanding. My husband and I were into the dealership 3 times and were always greeted by numerous exceptionally friendly and helpful staff members. Our salesman was Andy Chan and I would highly recommend him. There was no pressure to purchase and he was very honest, straightforward and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. He has been easy to reach and provided excellent follow up after the purchase. I was also very impressed with Swapnil - who spent 45 minutes with me in my new vehicle reviewing the features and answering all my questions. I would highly recommend both Winnipeg Honda and Andy if you are shopping for a vehicle!!
