My 2500 had some DEF issues and I was basically stuck not being able to drive.. being from saskatoon, with my family, riverside got me into the service bay at a very reasonable time. Especially being short notice. They managed to get my truck back up and running to the point of getting me back to saskatoon, the shuttle driver took me and my family to nearby restaurant and even offered to come back and bring us to the mall if things were taking a bit longer then expected.. The service staff were all super friendly, and they got me back on the road, free of charge, and diagnosed the problem to aid in repair back in town.. Highly recommend this dealership for any service related work
