When my husband and I went into TA Appliances, Bruce was very quick to offer his services. He was knowledgeable about the products, and in fact was speaking from some personal experiences. Bruce not only steered us towards what would be the optimum appliances for our circumstances, he also went through the effort of ensuring that we had received the best price possible for appliances we had already purchased elsewhere. We came to TA Appliances to buy a washing machine. Brian showed us both topload and frontload machines and was very clear about their advantages and disadvantages. He was honest when he didn't know the finer details of one machine. He understood that we weren't looking for anything fancy so he didn't even bother us with "supersonic" models. He gave us space to talk and to decide and there wasn't ever a moment of pressure. We enjoyed many humorous moments together. We are not shop-arounders so it is important that the place where we shop has competitive prices and honest, respectful sales personnel. Thank you, TA Appliances and to Brian for making that happen. PS: The installation was smooth and professional. Thank you for taking away the wrappings and the old clunker. My husband wasn't completely satisfied with the leveling of the machine but he's a perfectionist in the construction business. :) asas
