I had my truck checked over before our trip south. Oil change, fluids topped up, tires and brakes and power train checked. Everything found to be in good condition.

There was a recall on the ignition of my Malibu and I was asked if I would like a complimentary car wash. I was also told about the cafe they have to purchase a coffee and snack

What I liked is I was up front and explained I did not have an unlimited budget and to please indicate scales for me...must be done, can wait and an idea of how long etc. after they checked over everything I got a call and full details before they went any further which I based on my reps advice

Recall for a 10 year old GM product, appointment made ( then missed because I confused the date of said appointment ), appointment rescheduled quickly and without comment regarding my having made the mistake, and then the work was performed and I was on my way with a minimum of fuss.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotiation for 11:00. I finally got out at 1:15!! After a couple of weeks I noticed oil leaking from the truck so I brought it back. They said it was a defective gasket. In all my years of driving I have never heard of this. Be honest, it was improperly installed. This leak caused a nice mess on my driveway. I am not impressed with the service.
