I was treated like a VIP from start to finish

Val and I went for 2 test drives to compare the two trucks I was interested in, he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He wasn’t pushy and he listened to my questions and gave thoughtful responses. I was very impressed with his professionalism.

Still owed money from GM financial

Long story short going on over 3 months and GM financial still hasn’t refunded a payment they took from me. Also things like the AC not being charged on a brand new truck? Also female owner, and everyone askes for my husband. Including this dam email survey.

Your employee Karlee Allen likes to make rape jokes and laugh at girls that were raped . This is disgusting and makes me never wanna step foot in your dealership again. I hope this is something you guys are quite fond of, as I will be telling everyone I know to come to grande prairie gm for this reason.

I was a bit defensive when dealing with this dealer ship for the simple fact that we all experience, shady salesman from time to time over the years, however by the time i was done with Jamie, and Kyle, I realized how good I had been treated. If I ever need to use the service department I hope their as nice and honest as these sales professionals were. Over all very satisfied with the experience.
