Very satisfied with the service work and customer service. Work required was thoroughly explained and with options. I will continue to have service work done at Murray Chevrolet I am however disappointed with my vehicle that required major timing chain repair(twice) and a new transmission with a vehicle at now just over 120,000 km. I have not been hard on any of my vehicles.

My tailgate was not staying closed unless really slammed shut. The tech noticed that the latch pin on the drivers side was out of alignment and made an adjustment which corrected the problem.

Decent experience

My advisor was professional and courteous he explained what was going to be done and he provided a tire quotation I was interested in, however the price of the tires was far more than what I could get the same tire for at the Good year dealership.

repairs not completed properly

My truck was in for service, I was having problems with my parking assist sensors. Because the parts are not stocked, I had to bring it back for the repair. It acted up again and I had to bring it back 2 more times to be corrected. Now it is doing the same thing and my bumper warranty has expired. I was also quoted $750 for a rear brake job that I was able to get completed for $270 at another shop. I was warned about quotes from this dealership for unnecessary / overpriced repairs, but didn't believe it until now. Not impressed at all with the service.
