The post sales follow-up left a bad taste.

The service was excellent through the whole process up until the post sales follow-up. A week after we received the car we received a hand written thank you note, incredible! A week after that we received a phone call from our sales rep, incredible again! When asked how we were enjoying the car, we said excellent, but we did have very really concerns about the brakes, and the tires as the brakes had been 'slipping' when trying to slow down at intersections and then locking so the vehicle slid. On closer inspection the tires were actually very close to being at the end of their life. Our driving style hadn't changed from our last vehicle, so we knew it was the performance of the Jeep Grand Cherokee. The sales person told us he'd speak to his manager, to see if there was anything that could be done to look into this issue..... suggesting a safety test, discount on new tires etc -- a gesture more than anything, but certainly we appreciated his suggestion. Needless to say he committed to calling back with in a few days, and 4 months later we are still waiting. That's the last impression we'll have of Roadsport sadly, because up until that point they out performed any experience we'd ever had at a garage before. Such a shame.....

Reimbursement of my expense or repairing Flat Tire

While under warranty of tires, I had my flat tire fixed then contacted Kristian for reimbursing. He managed it very well and provided me with the credit in my account at the Roadsport dealership. I appreciate his action about my claim.

Warranty work, difficult to qualify for, as its paid for by third party, advisors hands are sort of tied. William is great at getting to the facts, and getting it done.
