**CUSTOMERS BEWARE**If I could give Kia Hunt Club 0 stars I would - along with Kia Canada. I took my 2015 Kia Sportage in for a routine oil change in June of this year and received a phone call at work stating that BOTH the front and rear brakes, as well as the rotors, needed replacement to the tune of $1300. I was told that my car was essentially unsafe to drive. It is important to note that this vehicle had ONLY 43,000 km on it, is standard transmission and lady-driven. I was NOT having any issues whatsoever with the brakes. When I picked the vehicle up the service report very "suspiciously" listed at least 5 complaints related to the brakes that Kia falsely claims I made when dropping the vehicle off. This is completely FALSE because, as previously stated, I was having no issues whatsoever with the brakes. One of Kia's own salesman suggested I contact head office as he too found it VERY suspicious that such a new vehicle required such extensive brake work. After contacting the dealership I was given a feeble excuse saying that those fields in the service report "auto populate". I was also told that nothing could be done because I "authorized the work". What is one to do when the experts are telling your vehicle is unsafe? I contacted Kia Canada on numerous occasions and they too gave me the run-around. Eventually I was referred back to the dealership and told it had to be handled at the dealership level. Kia practices avoidance in terms of dealing with legitimate consumer complaints. Another month passed with the dealership jerking me around and refusing to return calls - including the manager(s) and owner. I will NEVER buy another Kia vehicle again and definitely would never have my vehicle serviced at this dealership again. Do yourself a favour and take your business to a reputable company.

Too salesy for us!~ Did not appreciate being brought back into the dealership just to have a sales pitch on the extended warranty.

Worst customer service. Every time I walk in the door or call the place there's an issue. Slowest seevice, overbooked appts of any place I've ever dealt with. Do not take notes of issues whether it be when you are in person or on phone. Only reason I come here is because prepaid oil changes. They change staff constantly so you never talk to the same person twice about the same problem. Today is the day I start going elsewhere for service other than the oil changes. No where to walk while you waste your day sitting in a chair staring at the wall, yet an hour later then BOOKED appt your car is just being taken in. If you don't have to deal with them, don't.
