New Car Purchase

I recently purchased a 2016 Traverse from SMP and was very pleased with my sales rep, Rick Harris. Rick worked hard to meet the challenge of giving me the vehicle I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. I was on the fence about purchasing another Chev product after a bad experience with Mann Northway in Prince Albert but Rick and the staff at SMP were understanding and fought to win my confidence back. Following the sale, I have received a follow-up phone call and emails, and a thank you note with brownies to ensure that all is well and that I am happy with my purchase. Time will tell, but right now I am pleased to recommend SMP, and Rick Harris if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Time will tell

Looking for used, bought new

Mark was very helpful and patient with me in my search for a new vehicle. I knew my budget would not get me the "new" vehicle I wanted and had settled on the idea of the same model in a used car. Through product research and an incredible sale by GMC, Mark was able to help me get the new car I wanted for a price that I could afford. Very pleased with the service provided and LOVE my new car!
