This dealership has grown and expanded over the years. I was always hesitant about buying from a used car dealership but this place is like no other, their prices beat franchise dealership prices! Read all the great reviews and see all awards they have won and I can see why! I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend to all!

I was on their lot at 9am on Thursday, left by 10:15 with application info all given. I explained I was in need of a vehicle asap, tell me how to make it happen. I was just told my van was done and I needed to get one immediately as it was consistently overheating and not worth the repair cost. I went in and I explained my desperate need for a vehicle was my return date from parental leave as I commute to Woodstock and it was Friday. they said they could help and were very optimistic and said they would have an answer that day or at best early Friday (the day I returned to work and I work weekends). I didn't go anywhere else after as i guess, shame on me. when I left I felt no matter what I would have some answers and if I couldn't get it right away I could figure out what next. I have horrible credit and I said that from the first word. I also have 4 kids so things are tight to say the least but I have a good job and I need a very specific vehicle for all of us. in spite of all this info that I gave them they still made me feel like they would help. after 3 emails and 1 phone call today at 330 I had nothing, no answers, no returned email, and no phone call as they said would be the case. When I called at 330 the answer I got was "well, so my manager was away all yesterday and has been in meetings 90% of the day so we haven't got to it yet, hopefully Monday morning sometime." I could have gone to countless other dealers in London to get help but on google they were the highest rated and clearly made me feel like I was getting help to get the car when I was sitting there. so don't let a few good reviews fool you anyone can be crap! maybe I should have looked at 2 dealerships with similar vehicles and see who actually makes the effort and go with them.I limped home in my van today it over heated and died in my driveway 20 minutes ago and now have to get a rental car for the rest of the weekend. Ultimately had if not gone here or had I just applied at 2 places I could have POSSIBLY saved myself the rental car.. I just felt that Thursday morning at 10am till Friday 5pm was enough time to get something done as had been my experience the last 3 cars I bought. this was just my experience.

Hi Sam, We would like to apologize for the way things have unfolded up to this point and how that’s made you feel. When customers have experienced speed bumps in the past with their credit it can be more challenging and time consuming to get approval from lenders compared to customers with good credit. Why…because we are at the mercy of our lenders and their response time. We would like to explain the situation further and first state that your application was processed shortly after you left. Second, we work with over 27 different lenders and do our finest to obtain the absolute best deal possible for every customer. How do we do this? Well, we don’t just submit your application to all 27 lenders at the same time as this would hurt your credit score. Once an application gets sent to a lender, they analyze it and depending on the customer’s credit history and other factors, they will either accept or decline your application. The more challenging applications can take up to 6 hours just to receive a response before we can continue seeking approval from the next lender. We are empathetic towards the fact that your vehicle broke down, but this is something we could not have prevented. We also understand that the timing of that happening couldn’t have been worse and that put you in a tight situation. With that said, let’s say that we were able to get you approved in a more satisfactory timeframe, it still would have taken additional time to safety and detail the vehicle before you took delivery. Every vehicle goes through a rigorous 150 point inspection to ensure it is road safe before taking delivery. Perhaps better communication to let you know our process would have helped. We were disappointed in hearing the negative voicemail that was left and reading this review but please understand that it was your credit situation that made it difficult to achieve an approval within the timeframe expected. We go the extra mile and work applications through as many lenders as we possibly can, which is why sometimes it can take longer than average. With all of that said, we are still willing to assist you either now or anytime in the future should you decide to work with us. We can help challenged credit customers if they are willing to work with us. We strive for customer satisfaction and I hope you can understand our sincere approach to assist you. That Car Place

Just simply great bunch of guys and very accommodating to my needs, they listened to what I had to say and gave me solutions and options to my problem, it was above my expectations to be honest, but maybe because I lost faith in dealerships due to previous dealings, but this time it turned out different, thanks for a great deal 🤑and a great car. 👍

Excellent service :) I recently just bought a 2008 Honda Civic Si and I love the car and couldn't of asked for better service. All of them there were really nice and made me feel good about my purchase. Thank you That Car Place for getting me a great car.
