This is to give the highest gratitude to one of the Sales Assistant Imee Barrozo-Just who made my car buying experience like second to none! She gave the best service that's incomparable to any other dealership that I've been when I was searching for my vehicle. I never felt like she's selling me a product but instead I felt like I've been served a product that I needed and been looking for with above and beyond service. She listens very well to my needs and wants and directed me through the process as easy and fun as it can be. That is why the one star that I am seeing here is not doing any justice at all for this deaership. Their services and products are unrivaled. Salute to SMP! Look for Imee in no time for easy and fun buying experience!

I had Mrs. Imee Barrozo Just service when I bought my car couple Of months back. She is highly professional, approachable and organize in showcasing vihicles with my time schedules. She clearly understand my budget and expectations, she had help me find the right car for me and have provided all the information I needed in order to Come up with a decision that truly focuses on my convenience and satisfaction. I am a first time vihicle buyer in Canada and I did not know where to start on how to review the car's features and specs, she helped me from day one of our hunt to the closure. She has great negotiation skills to work with customers that will help to carved you out financial benefits. She knows how to make your offer competitive and that's something that is the key factor in automobile buying process. She helped me through the whole process from beginning to end and even after the transaction was closed. Imee is an excellent sales executive in short word. I recommend her to everyone! I really appreciate her assistance in answering all my queries.
