After working with Jeff Crouse, Luke Dickison, and the rest of the team here, I will be back. They were amazing. Honest, funny, and worked so damn hard to get me out of a bad situation. I've worked with dealerships from Medicine Hat to Edmonton in the past few months, and will never consider going anywhere else. Highly recommend them to everyone!

Yannick was an exceptional Salesman to deal with. He was not pushy, he let us do our research while still upholding his professionalism and answered all the questions we threw at him. He got us a fantastic deal on our new 2016 Dodge Caravan SXT. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I insist on going in and chatting with Yannick. Bought a 2012 jeep wrangler last month. Absolutely love it!! Mori LaChapelle was my sales rep and Chad handled the financing. They were both wonderful to deal with. The jeep needed a few minor things fixed on it but Mori was on top of everything the entire time. Everyone was very helpful and made the purchasing process easy and quite enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership.

Our experience with Jeff Crouse was excellent. His honesty, determination, and dedication to us to make sure that we not only was taken care of throughout the process, but made sure that we were taken care of on all aspects. He was courteous, eager to please, hospitable, and reliable. I had to take my 14 viper in for a couple recalls. This is my dream car and first time having to take it to a dealer for any work. I was a little nervous. I tried southtrail Chrysler as they are really close to home. The service lady was very helpful and assured me it would be a smooth process. They had it done by the next day including ordering the parts they needed. The car came back cleaner then when I took it in. Even the interior was all cleaned and vacuumed. They by far exceeded my expectations as we all dread the shop/service experience at most dealers. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a Chrysler/dodge product or looking to get some work or mait done. Good job guys! Keep it up.
