I've always had great service at Winnipeg Honda. My only complaint is how long it can take to get a service appointment.

I have been taking my vehicles to winnipeg Honda since 2001. As a woman I feel confident that the work the Honda rep tells me tells is required is fair and honest. Can cannot say that for other mechanical jobs.

service started on time; Finance manager was courteous; car inspection was done within time frame as I was told; Noticed brake issue and fixed it quickly; ask me before they fix the brake; efficient; waiting area is comfortable.

I had a b1 and a recall check. The service was fast and i didn't have to wait for long hours. In fact they said it would take 2 hours but i think it took around like 1.5 hour only. The only setback for me is that it was very costly, i wish i had a discount since i only let honda do my maintenance check. But, all in all it was excellent service.

They really seemed unprofessional when trying to close a deal. They were great at the start, explaining the car and all the details involved. Once we agreed on a price, it was too late in the day to close the deal, so we shook hands on it. The next day the price went up 1500. After eventually agreeing on it, did all the paper work to find out that someone else had put a deposit on it the week before and it was all for nothing. Such a waste of time.

We had a flat tire fixed. I was really surprised that the actual fixing of the tire took 30 minutes, but having to spend my entire afternoon at the dealership was a bit disappointing. I don't know if that time was spend trying to fix the tire, or waiting to hear back from the insurance company that covered the tire replacement, but I was hard pressed to get back to picking up my child from school; so the experience became stressful. A heads up from Ron, the person who took my car in, about how long this would/could take would have helped me make the decision about how long I could have been waiting. Otherwise, the coffee was good, the seats comfortable. One strange experience with your staff and your computer's booking system, was not being able to book two separate appointments. We're a one car family with children's car seats , and schedules can get really tight. I wanted to book two separate appointments, one to fix my tire and one to get my car cleaned. The system wouldn't allow 2 separate appointments. After trying to explain the situation to two of your staff on the phone, I eventually gave up talking in circles and didn't get the cleaning done.
