Not happy

I brought my 2015 GMC Sierra in on June 11 for a 11:00am appt'mt. At 3:00pm I came to your location to check on my truck. I was told it had not been started. I went home and received a call at 5:30pm telling me parts were required and would take 3 to 5 business days for delivery. It has now been 11 business days and only one out of 2 parts are in. I just called in and was told the same story I was told when I called on the 21st which was I would get a cll right back. There was no call back on the 21st. Maybe I'll get lucky today. Oil lube and filter. No high pressure up sell. Vehicle washed and ready in a timely manner. Keeping it simple for me is important.

Bought a used Buick; and get all my warranty covered work done conveniently, and am always offered a ride. Which is great when you’ve got a kids, just saying. My favourite part is the car wash I generally get when service is being performed!!
