Untrustworthy "dealer" owner screwed over my friend. They lie about stuff like your rent in order to get around denied financing. Be careful when dealing with these people, or better yet don't go at all.

Unbelievably shady service, they tricked a friend of mine by lying about his finances in order to get him approved for a car. STAY AWAY from this dealership at all costs! If it's so easy for them to lie about those numbers to get you into one of their vehicles it doesn't seem like they'd be the type to treat their customers right.

STEER CLEAR!!! Screwed 2 of my friends over now!!!! Lied about their finances, how much they pay for rent etc. Set them both up with a car way that was over livable budget. As a first time car buyers.... what Empire has done to them was morally wrong!! They do not care to rectify the situation and comfortably destroy peoples financial lives. Treating business with no emotion is a terrible way to run a business!! EDIT: It will not let me respond to Empires response, so I am adding it here. You will NEVER find my name in your database!!! You will never have my service or any one else's I know that is looking for a car. TWO of my friends now have been to your company to buy a vehicle and you have independently RUINED their credit! One didn't even drive the car off of your lot and you refused to come to a resolve, knowing full well they couldn't afford it which is why you lied on their credit application to get yourself the sale! Greed isn't good business!! My other friends credit plummeted because you did the same thing to them but they had no financial guidance to stop them prior to and just listened to your advise. You don't care to work with people's budget and guide them to a smart financial decision. You just take the sale and say welp your problem now! If you dont want these negative reviews....then do better! You still have time to make B.G. situation better. I'm sure we both would remove our 1 star ratings if you did the right thing.

Hey, I've got my vehicle wirh this dealership. Really recommended for their experience, patience and hard work to find the exact solution for my car with my own requeriments. Also, I recommend Wasin David for his job, hard work. If you need a car it is the best option, dealer to reach your goal and dream. Thanks Empire auto and all the staff.

Never go here! Ever! They will lie about your info like rent cost to get you approved for loans, they won't let you out of the deal no matter what, do NOT trust them! Go anywhere but here! Terrible awful people!
