My car was in good hands!

I had general maintenance done and my a/c fan fixed. I also had an air intake hose changed. The work was done promptly and the quality of the service and work were excellent.

Given that work itself was a bit of a fiasco (the part that was ordered in was defective and then the second time it ended up on back order so ultimately the whole process took like 3 weeks) I thought the quality of service that we got from Marc was great. He was knowledgeable. super nice and kept us updated in a timely manner, which I appreciated.

it wasn't satisfactory work at all. not in terms of customer relation but mechanically work quality is not satisfactory

i have 2013 Honda civic ex. currently a lease vehicle with 55000kms on it. the car hasn't even passed its manufacturing warranty and weird sounds coming from car increased. i did my car maintenance on time and did all A and B type services recommended for civics of that particular models yet when i brake i hear a sharp clutching noise and driving it above 80km/hr and then pressing brakes will shake up your whole steering wheel. whenever i used to report it they would always had been advising for brake servicing even after doing all kind of services and replacing rotors have giving no improvement to existing problem. it might go away at the same time when i take my car from the service centre but then i comes back again. secondly the car has some genuine acceleration problems compared to other civics of same model and characteristics. i genuinely need a proper care and real help from my dealership. hope to hear from you guys soon on this. contact: nosherwantahirkhilji@yahoo.com phone#: +1 204-905-0303
