receptionist far too busy juggling calls / appointments - during tire change season, recommend extra staff...nobody likes to be put on hold so that the receptionist can take another call, this implies you are not a priority

I met Derek for the first time on my last visit to Jackson's. Derek was very helpful and efficient but he is also very personable. I enjoyed our conversation. He got the work done but also made me feel at comfortable. He is definitely an asset to your team!

They always make me feel welcome and explain everything in detail. They really know their stuff when it comes to Toyotas and I can honestly say I love my RAV4. This is my third Toyota and, believe me, it won't be my last.

They were nice and helpful. They also did there job as quickly and punctual as scheduled. They explained if I needed air filters or tire rotations. They are always there if you have any question about the car or the job at hand .
