Wow what an honest place to shop!! I had an ignition problem and everyone I talked to said I would need to change my ignition switch. when I called SMP Auto Parts asking if it could be worn out car keys for my 1997 Sunfire. The guy said it is very possible that could be the problem. Well moral of the story is Steve the auto parts fellow cut me a new key and the car turned over like as if I had a brand new ignition switch!! I am so thankful to you Steve for helping me with my problem and saving me a big auto repair bill. Thanks again Steve Taralee

Our sales rep Alden Williams and financial manager Dean Blatz were phenomenal to work with and made buying a used vehicle from SMP really easy. I just bought a pre-owned vehicle from SMP and I was definitely satisfied with the whole process. Alden was very personable and great to deal with and everyone else was friendly as well. Would absolutely recommend this dealer and go there again.

Got my SUV at SMP last year and im in the process of getting a more spacious van from them this time. Both times, customer service is really good even when you do not have an appointment. Shop service is also very nice - you have a shuttle to and from work everytime your car is ongoing service. Overall, friendly staff and great servicing!
