Brakes should have a warranty of more than a year like other manufacturers and the shuttle service is not operating enough times during the morning. Every 30 minutes or at least 45. 7:30 and 9am options are not enough. Also, appts are delayed for days because of when a shuttle is needed and has space. Not keeping up with demand.

It was pleasant. My father was an angry negotiator and liked to reference how the Lexus dealership does things differently. In the end, i got my car. That is what i wanted. Good times.

I live in the north and I can't trust my brand new Honda vehicle on the extremely remote highways between Thompson and the south. Since this issue has come up I don't think anyone at Harvest Honda (where we bought the vehicle), Honda Canada, or Crown Winnipeg Honda (where we had it looked at) really appreciates the crappy situation their malfunctioning vehicle has put us in. It sucks and I regret buying it. We have a $40,000 paperweight.
