We Would do it Again From the initial contact via email, to driving away in our Hyundai, we were treated like valued customers. There was no pressure to buy, all our questions were answered, and the staff were friendly, open, and attentive. There was a nice selection of vehicles which suited our needs, and we look forward to maintaining the relationship in the future. Phenomenal Service!! I recently moved to Ottawa a few weeks ago, I was in the Hunt Club area a few Fridays ago, and needed an oil change done on my car. I decided to walk into the Kia dealership to ask for information. Naim Salem approached me and began giving me information to where I can go to get an oil change. What impressed me the most about him is that he knew I wasn't there to purchase a vehicle but yet he still gave me exceptional service and great advice. The dealership is massive and a bit overwhelming, Naim was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable there. I recently recommended Naim Salem to a family member and they purchased a 2014 Kia Rio from him. I will also be returning to the dealership later on this year to purchase a vehicle for my wife.

Tony Chalhoub provided us with great customer service during the purchase of our used vehicle. Very knowledgable and answered all of our questions with a professional and friendly demeanor. The initial experience with the finance manager became a bit tense during initial discussions but he soon realized that we were looking at the BIG picture (overall costs in respects to extra warranties) versus the monthly payment. We soon came to an arrangement which both parties were happy with. Overall this dealership was very customer-centric (did not feel pressured) and provided very good customer service in all areas. Would not hesitate to refer him to family and friends. Great job Kia Hunt Club!!

I would like to say that Leonardo & Naim were very friendly and patient with me through out the process of my searching and purchasing a car. The purchase of my Kia was very nerve racking for me and once Leonardo & Naim found out how I was feeling, they right away put me at ease and went over all the fine details with me again, never once making me feel that I was an annoyance to them. Leonardo & Naim even suggested that I go over and inspect the SUV again to ensure that I was truly happy with the vehicle, and that if I found absolutely anything wrong that they would make it right. Again this helped me greatly to see that I did matter to them and that it was NOT just the money. I am so glad that I went to KIA on Hunt Club and was able to deal with Naim & Leonardo. I will defiantly be recommending Naim as the go to Sales Rep. & Leonardo as the Manager... they are both at the TOP of my books. Thanks guys...... you turned a scary time into a very happy one for me....... Debbie
