Not a happy camper!!! Truck has been out of commission for two weeks now waiting for parts. Not the dealers fault they have done everything that they can, this is costing my company huge dollars. Huge disappointment in a truck that is only 2 1/2 years old.

I took my car Cherokee into Jeep as multiple lights. The service advisor(Kullen) was excellent to arrange a loaner as well as keep in touch with me. When picking up the car the garage was closed so unable to pull the car thru the carwash he washed it himself. Can't control what happens to your car but having excellent customer service makes the process acceptable. Thanks Kullen!

I brought my Journey in on a recall for a power steering pump. I also did a oil change. They must have did an inspection also, because they found that I also needed rear rotors, they were badly rusted.
