Check-up and oil change done very well and on time as promised

Arrived at service doors at 7:00 AM and entered for my appointment. Service Adviser very helpful and covered all the procedures they would be doing. Shuttle service very good and right on time both ways.

My oil change was quick and uneventful. Staff were courteous. There's not much else to say, except that your requirement for a minimum of 20 words is pretty dumb.

I brought my car in to have the air conditioner checked. It was not working properly and was concerned as the upcoming temperatures were expected to be extremely hot. I am not one to take chances and wanted to be prepared just in case. Of course that morning when I drove to the service station it worked fine...go figure! It checked out okay and the service technicians were not able to find anything wrong with the air conditioner. However the service visit was not wasted. I had been noticing a "foul smell" when I adjusted the cool/warm air vent control. I mentioned this and it was also looked into. Turns out the cabin air filter was full of leaves, dirt and debris. It was replaced and, so far, all is well!! As instructed, I am to keep an eye on things.

very messy service department, very unorganozed dealership. you get bounced from one person to the other unless you want to buy (that's the only situation where they all want to help) collision center and service department don't even communicate with each other. I get notified the car needs more work on the day i was supposed to pick it up...... i mean...... there was literally nothing good about the service and repair i've had at this dealership.... won't be coming back
