Let me start off by saying what a great experience we had with the whole Kia team from the sales manager to the finance manager even the lady at the desk once you walk in. I’ve been searching for a new car for months and the only dealership that was able get me a great deal was this dealership! You made one family happy thank you again!.

We were customers for almost 24 years. Our last purchase from them and our last Kia (2016 Rondo) that suffered a catastrophic engine explosion, which could have been fatal for my wife and I. When the mechanic diagnosed the engine, he indicated that a chunk from the engine block had blown out, ramming the drive shaft into the gasoline tank, which thankfully did not cause an explosion while we were on the highway. When I reached out to the dealership I was told that the “garbage extended warranty” we were sold had expired by a mere 4680 Km and there was nothing they could do for us, so we were stuck with a pile of worthless scrap iron. The sales department has gone downhill for many years at this dealership and now the service department has followed suit. Last time ever I buy a Kia and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone!

We came to the dealer looking for a Kia Seltos and end up buying a Kia Sportage (love at first sight). From the moment we arrived Mike was there to help us and explained everything we needed to know. We are very happy with our new Sportage, we recommend Bank Street Kia 100%. Mike, Ralph and Moe are very nice people, customer oriented and professional. My husband and I purchased a car from Bank Street Kia and picked it up this week. Our sales rep was Mike Kingsley and we have all good things to say about him. He is very nice and patient with all the questions we asked. He is also very knowledgeable about the car specs and explained a lot of its features. He also went above his duties by bringing at our home the second key that was missing when we picked up the car. Ralph the business manager explained in details everything about the sale and about our extended warranty and was very nice to work with. Also, the Manager Mo, super nice to work with. This team goes out of their way to ensure that we are truly happy with our purchase! Thanks to all you! We will recommend you to all our friends and family.
