WARNING: Avoid purchasing a vehicle from Wellington Chrysler and be sure to DODGE that shop of theirs. Not only did they sell me a lemon, but their shop is extremely skilled at false diagnosing. Before coming to the conclusion that my vehicle needed freeze plugs to resolve the coolant leak (that began in July), it took replacing numerous parts that were completely irrelevant to the issue over the course of seven months. It took the drenched bell housing and slipping clutch for Wellington Chrysler to only "suspect" so not quite sure yet, that my vehicle needed freeze plugs. Ultimately, Wellington Chrysler played the Trial and Error Game on my vehicle and it was at my wallet's expense. I'm not entirely sure if their motive was to rob me or if they are just not capable of managing anything beyond an oil change. You would think that a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, dealership would have experience and advantages in diagnosing issues correctly the first/second time on brands they specialize in and work on everyday...? I guess not.

Had issue with dashboard flickering did not know what issue was and still flickering. Least they did not charge me for this . They did see issue it is not intermittent it is always doing this.

Had a terrific experience at Wellington Motors. We traded a 6yr old Grand Cherokee on a new one. We really weren’t in the market for a new vehicle, but stopped in. After working closely with Andrew to find a model for us, he was able to get us a payment close to what we were already paying with Rob’s help. Michelle got the deal together quickly and from the start of looking to pickup was just 7 days! Great job team! Andrew was super to answer questions and show options, and we never felt pressured one bit! Thanks everyone for an enjoyable and unexpected new car purchase!
