I was nervous about purchasing a new car; the sales pressure, making the wrong choice on cars but none of that was an issue at Jackson's. Talin was very friendly and was accommodating during the whole process. There was no sales pressure at all and she guided me throughout the whole process. There is nothing bad to say about buying a car from Jackson's Toyota, just a great car buying experience!

My oil change was done quickly, with very little waiting. Customer waiting room was clean, pleasant. Was able to pay and leave quickly after the job was done.

I have a 2008 Yaris , which was purchased at Jackson's Toyota. The main service I use at Jackson's is the fastlube lane , that's because my car now has 435000 km on it. The quick oil change is a great idea and the staff have always been kind courteous and very helpful. A few years back I needed a headlamp and it was winter and a very nasty night .I asked if they could put it in if I purchased it at the parts counter.They agreed because it was a simple job, 45 min later and no charge to install it my car was ready. I never realized how well I was treated that rainy icy night until recently , I burned out another headlight ( the same one) which is pretty good considering how long it was between them a few 100km. I found out that to change the light the front bumper has to be removed causing an hours labour, which is fine considering what it cost the first time, I think we all learned something that night
