Excellent customer service. Katie had the parts ordered before I was off the phone with her. My vehicle was returned to me shiny and clean. Very much appreciated.

Excellent customer service. Katie had the parts ordered before I was off the phone with her. My vehicle was returned to me shiny and clean. Very much appreciated. I have continued to buy my vehicles from SMP and I am never disappointed with the service I receive. I have been assigned Rebecca Friesen as my service representative and she handles everything car related for me. Whenever I need anything I send her a text and she organizes it for me. I have never waited for a shuttle as they always arrive on time...if not a few minutes early. Great service with a smile always appreciated.

Dealt with Randy Swiston awesome guy. No pressure sales helped me with everything. Got a Ford Escape and he had everything ready for me. Would deal with him again if I need a new vehicle. Also Ben, Rob and Rick were awesome during the whole process as well. Even though it wasn't a chev they knew the vehicle and told me exactly what I was getting. Good job all around.

READ THIS. Be aware of all the 5 stars you see here. They say if you rate us 5 stars you will be entred to win a 100$ gas card. They bribe people to write good reviews and then sell their crappy lemon car to you and wont take care of you to fix it. I would never buy another car from them.i had Very bad experience with them and dont recommend them. All they care is about their rating when they are nothing but bunch of crooks.
