The initial salesman was not taking us seriously and so much so that I told him that I found him to be disrespectful by disregarding us. Also we are an educated public so I resent it when sales people try to baffle customers; it was like he was trained in the past with how to baffle people. This is no way to 'get the sale' . At one point I told my granddaughter to just forget buying the car here and to go to another dealer. We were there to purchase a car - the salesman is there to sell the car. We get it. There is no need to play all the gimmicks and sales tactics in ' Used Car Salesman - 101' In this day and age Dodge Chrysler needs to retrain its sales team with a more contemporary strategy what understands how to work with a more educated customer base. Get with the program folks. After dealing with the salesman, the manager was reasonable and the finance salesman was alright. But here to he started with the 'BS baffles brains' strategy. it is pretty disgusting to be honest.

I had a great experience with John, He was patient and courteous and we had fun with the negotiations. I bought my neon there in 1998 and now I'm enjoying my new 2013 Dodge Dart Johns's a keeper. I look forward to continued good service for my vehicle Sincerely Glory

The manager was rude and wouldnt work with me as i bought a jeep and had to leave the hard top there for an extra day or two. He said absolutely not but i had no choice. I just bought a 30 thousand dollar jeep and he treated me like crap.

Where to Start. From the minute I started dealing with Wayne in the Auto body department to get the process started on the repair of my 2008 Dodge Nitro Rt, which had been rear ended with a significant amount of damage, right up to the finish when I picked up my vehicle was an amazing experience. Wayne had checked in with me on progress and kept me updated the entire time, He was extremely friendly and made me feel really comfortable leaving my car in Roadsport Chrysler hands. I was very nervous at the beginning of this process hearing horror stories on other peoples experiences with other places. After dealing with Roadsport and Wayne especially I am very comfortable and confident in referring them to everyone. Writing reviews is new to me but this was trully a spectacular experience. to end this off when I picked up my SUV it was in superior condition fully washed and shining like new. Thank you Wayne and Roadsport my Family and I will be a Continued Customers
