The negotiation for my trade in and the purchase process of the HRV were seamless. Andy and his assistant were thoughtful and considerate and extended every courtesy to ensure the purchase and installation of winter tires and a remote start were secured prior to my driving the new car home.

Couldn't get straight answers, were denied WRHA discount, vehicle not ready to pick up as scheduled, poor treatment by sales managers. Some of the things that were said to us were very unprofessional and ridiculous. We didn't feel anyone actually cared if we bought the vehicle. We only purchased it in the end due to the fact it was available immediately instead of having to order one and wait a few months. Worst experience buying a vehicle we've ever had.

Was treated respectfully and promptly. Car was ready earlier than expected which was really nice! No problems with the service. 2 downfalls though was that there was no shuttle available to take me home or to pick me up, and I was asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash with the service (when I called to book it originally) and I said yes, but it was not done.

We went to Hinda to get certain type of features in vehicle with limited amount of budget. Even though our initial thoughts were to pick Honda Accord but it was working out of budget that's when Geo helped us picked different vehicle with same or even more feature we I totally needed within our budget.
