We just bought a Ram 1500 Bighorn at Jim Thompson Chrysler from a delightful fellow named Nick. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! His relaxed attitude and low-pressure approach was fantastic and made the whole process of purchasing the truck a breeze from start to finish. He was able to answer all of our questions and got us a great deal on the truck / accessories. The whole dealership was also very Covid-conscious, which my family and I appreciated. We would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a vehicle!

My husband and I have been doing business with this car dealership since 2007 . We have always appreciated the service and staff at Jim Thompson Dealership in Kingston. However , if it’s possible “their” customer relations have greatly improved . We have just recently purchased yet another vehicle and felt that “hands down” we received the best service ever.
