Friendly, professional, respectful, & seamless

When I began the process of looking for a new vehicle I had intended to test out several models across the board. Eg. Cadillac, Audi, Lexus, Volvo, Benz, Honda and BMW; which I have driven for 10 years. I wanted a larger vehicle and just happened to start with Cadillac. Connor was immediately welcoming, friendly, respectful and very helpful. We test drove an XT5 and I loved it. We left, decided to stop at another dealer down the road on our way home and had an experience that was completely different than the one we just had with Connor. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and ignorant to the details of the vehicle. Having these two experiences literally back to back highlighted a very important fact - customer service makes all the difference. I bought the XT5 the next day. Thanks Connor!

What a wonderful experience purchasing our new vehicle with Connor! He was extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable and patient during our vehicle selection process and not once did we ever feel any pressure. Connor also provided a full orientation of the dealership facilities that was, in itself, impeccable. The dealership had Covid-19 protocols in place that were beyond other dealerships we visited during our vehicle search and felt safe and comfortable. We look forward to doing future business with Connor and would recommend Nurse Chevrolet to everyone. Mary runs a tight ship over there and we couldn't be more impressed.
