We were pleased to have Joshua Anglo as our sales representative.He was knowledgeable,cordial and took the time to answer all of our questions.Purchasing a new vehicle was a new experience for us ,and he made it enjoyable.He was punctual when arrangements were made for a follow-up. Since our purchase he has been in touch with us to insure that we are completely satisfied. .He also introduced us to other members of the team at Crown Toyota to insure that our new vehicle gets the best service possible. We had an exceptional experience working with Farhan and Manoo at Honda while purchasing my first brand new car. From the moment we walked in, Farhan was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to understand our needs and guiding us through the various options available. They were patient and never made me feel rushed, which made the process enjoyable. The finance (Manoo) was equally impressive. He explained all the financing options clearly and worked diligently to find the best deal for us, ensuring we felt comfortable with every aspect of the transaction. Their professionalism and transparency gave us great confidence in my purchase. Overall, We couldn't be happier with our new car and the outstanding service we received. Terrible service. I doubt the accuracy of their diagnosis. Was promised the car by end of next day. When I showed up I discovered that the technician had called in sick that day, and no work had been done on the car. No communication from service rep to alert me.
