oil change

Not happy with the last oil change. Because the vehicle was not thoroughly checked before leaving the premises. I specifically told the attending personnel to lubricate the rear door and they did NOT do it. This is the second time that this has happened. I also feel the they rush through the oil change. It also is a waste of time for you to ask me to fill out my experience after each visit, because I don't hear anything back from you.

After speaking to Maria, we have made arrangements to have the door checked by a technician in the shop opposed to the express lube. I apologized that her husband thought the oil change was rushed and I explained that the oil change is a 10 minute process on most cars. I asked Maria about not getting a reply previously. I reply to all survey questions or comments given the chance. Not sure why I didn't recieve her letter last time.

Jacksons Express Lube service is friendly, fast and convenient.

I have been a Jacksons customer for many years and have watched their business grow. Their Express Lube service is a great service for the customers. Their staff are friendly and courteous and care about the customer. The Express Lube is open late on Wednesday evenings making it extremely convenient for those commuters that our outside of Barrie during regular business hours.

I had to take my RAV 4 in for the recent recalls and they met every one of their commitments to me. They started on Time, finished on time, respectful and kept me in the loop every step of the way. An awesome Toyata team and experience.

We were disappointed that the first car that we agreed upon was not available when we went to finalize the purchase. We were ultimately pleased with the van that was available a week later but it meant that I had to make a special trip from the cottage to pick it up as the lease on our old van was due. Evan Allary, the salesman was very supportive. He was not responsible for the mixup. .

The small things make a big difference...

As I was heading out this morning noticed a headlight out, pulled up to Jacksons and as it was raining I pulled in the Express Service. The friendly crew had me out in minutes including windshield washer top up, sometimes its the small things that make your day!
