Mike checked out our van for the under warranty repairs. He ordered the parts necessary and fixed the van in a timely manner. Unfortunately, one of the parts was not ordered and therefore we have to bring our van back again for repair. Otherwise we would have loved the experience.

From the time I arrived, as a new customer, I was treated with respect and consideration. I was given a tour of the facilities, given a wi-fi password, offered coffee, and snacks in a well appointed lounge. My car was in and out quickly, and I was on my way. Thanks!

I drove down frrom Parry Sound on a very tight time window for a scheduled maintenance on my Sequoia. We were able to get a suitable appointment on very short notice to prepare for a camping trip with our RV. We were greeted promptly upon arrival, had a snack & read newspaper for about 1.5 hours, & vehicle was ready to roll. As usual, a pleasant experience.

Recall issue so rental was arranged, I didnt realize rental wasnt waiting for my 9am appt @ Jacksons, put my work start back 30min than what I had previously arranged. Then when truck was ready I was told rental needed to be returned within the 1hr which was impossible we were at work. Elie assured it was taken care of until end of day

I felt car was unsafe and yet I was asked to continue to drive it pending decision of Service Manager, who was on vacation until Aug 18th. This in combination with car only having 11 000kms on it and transmission needing to be replaced has shaken my confidence in Toyota.

I was the first customer of the day. I left my car for an oil change and filter and went and sat in the customer waiting room. I poured myself a hot chocolate and sat down to read the Toronto Star. I barely got started and only took a sip of my drink and Dan was there to announce that my oil change was completed. I had to put a cover on my hot chocolate to take it with me. I payed and left. Amazing...!

As it was my first time getting an oil change at Jackson's since purchasing my vehicle I didn't know what to expect. The team was exceptionally organized and were very helpful in answering my inquiries; I was notified of my first oil change being complimentary (I didn't have to mention it which I thought was nice) and was told it would be about 30 minutes or less. I waited briefly in the waiting room probably no more than 10 minutes, before I was personally notified that the oil change was finished. Extremely impressed with how everything was handled and will definitely be returning in the future.
