Diagnostics were done...was charged. Parts ordered...was charged. Labour was done...was charged. I understand the diagnostics are charged, but if I'm going forward to replace what's wrong with the car than why is that an additional charge? For example: Canadian Tire completes diagnostics, and if the customer moves forward with labour and parts, than diagnostics are not charged as extra. If the customer decides they do not want the service, than the customer pays diagnostics. I didn't like the fact that I was paying almost $300 on replacing my hatch lock and having it diagnosed when I knew that was the problem in the first place. Prices are outrageous. Every time I leave Probart Mazda, I leave with a headache.

On time , on schedule , the staff were respective ,polite and everything was done as advised and they took the time to totally inspect my used 14 year old Mazda in a very professional way .

Booked my car in for a FLO and was told when signing in that more things needed to be taken care of . I was told anywhere between 1 1/2 hrs to 2hrs and a price . It took 1 1/2 hrs and a few more $s than quoted , very satisfied .

Service was fine but car wash is not great. Nice lounge and enjoyed a coffee. Easy access to washroom facilities
