Bodyshop ordeal

I dropped my corvette off to have the front bumper replaced resulting from an MPI claim. I had no update as of 4 days later, so I called. The lady said she didn't have details but it looked like it would be done 2 days later, but to call back the next mroning. Called and left a message the next morning - not return call. Called the morning it was to be done and was told that they are on the 3rd defective bumper from Chevrolet. They "offered" to put the original damaged bumper back on and let me take it home - which I accepted. Have since left a message asking when it will be going in to get the repair done and no return call yet - 4 business days and counting! Communication is absolutely horrible!!!

Had to ask after two weeks when mudflats would be installed, had to ask for tank of gas after two weeks went by, no tour of service departments, had appointment for 0915 for mudflats then told 3 hour wait for instalation

Came in from out of the city with a low tire at 4:30 on a Friday. Ryan Smith was most accommodating to get us in before closing and resolve the problem! We were most grateful for the exceptional service!

I've had great service here. I bought my car a few years ago and have had all service done at the dealership. Only good things to say about all my dealings from sales, reception, shuttle service and mainenance of our vehicle. Lots of friendly and professional people.

I was having trouble with a wiper blade skipping. Initially it was thought to be the wiper blade itself, and Dennis Mitchell got it changed while I waited. However, that didn't solve the issue. So Dennis arranged for a new wiper arm to be ordered. That did the trick. Perfect now. Kudos to Dennis, who spent quite a bit of time trying to solve the problem.

Staff great. Repairs done well. Felt it was too expensive just for maintenance. We will definitely continue with Dan Murray but it’s getting pricy

We have been a customer of Murray's since about 1990. The people we deal with seem cognizant of that fact--they did everything they could to facilitate the buying procedures.

Purchased new Equinox in 2013. Very little problem to date. All servicing and maintenance was done by Murray's. Found service department to be competent and honest. My only complaint is that parts prices are are rip off. Now off warranty. Make seek other auto centers for service/maintenance.
