Met Adam while I was strolling through the lot looking on wholesale cars. Was checking out one I liked when he drove up while he was on his way out. Very cool guy I didn’t even realize he was a Sales Consultant. From there on everything went smooth. He made sure of it. I got the car hassle free, even got something off the price. Ask for Adam, take my word! Everyone there is great though, Manager is a good guy as well. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Tried to buy a vehicle through their Auto Wholesaler division. Everything started well discussing over the phone. I wanted to pay to have an inspection and send a deposit Yup no problem. So I assume it has gone in for a MVI- no call back. I call back one day later after this request. I was advised vehicle had been sold two days before or one day before I first called. Even still as of Feb 27-Days later is it still listed on their web site and with Auto trader. Warning Two locations and many people with their fingers in the pot not communicating makes it hard to manage.

This was my first time buying a vehicle from Experience Hyundai and I am very satisfied with the transaction. Adam, the sales rep I dealt with was very helpful and willing to show me all the vehicles I had in mind (even though it was a very cold that day!), and narrowing it down to the one I purchased. The process from start to finish was fair, smooth, fast, and informative in the sense that I was explained each step along the way, as well as some follow up items which will take place in the future. Highly recommend the team at Experience Hyundai if your looking for a vehicle!
