My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle at Wellington Motors. We needed to upgrade because baby #3 is on the way. We bought a Dodge Caravan and the entire process from start to finish was so incredibly easy thanks to the amazing people that work there! A special thanks to Adam and Michelle for making this such an easy and awesome experience! After we bought the vehicle and were ready to drive off, Adam sat for a long while with us answering all of our questions about the vehicle's various buttons and compartments, and even pairing our devices to the car! We visited many dealerships and the truth is that no other place had such quality of service! We are so happy, would give more than 5 stars if possible :-)

Well it might have been an off-brand car I bought from these guys but that didn't stop them from giving me stellar service. They were super conscious of COVID and my wellbeing, they had the car immaculate for when I showed up, super friendly and great throughout the whole process and there was none of the pressure, extra fees or other schmarmy sales tactics that have me wary of doing business with dealerships. These are genuinely good folks and I will be back for sure! Thanks guys!

Everything from the first call to the last signature was extremely professional. Olivia knew all about the Jeep, that I have always wanted, and helped guide me along with my purchase. I asked alot of questions and she knew the answer or gave her honest opinion. I am delighted to say with Oliva's help I am now the proud owner of a Jeep Compass bought at the best dealer in the Guelph area. If I ever need another car, my first call will be to Wellington Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Which should be your first stop for your journey for a new/used car. With covid everything has temporarily changed. I'm happy to say that they are following all the covid protocols. Thank you Olivia for your hard work and for helping one of my dreams come true.

My sales rep, Andrew MacCormack went over the top to ensure I was pleased with my purchase and made sure I was happy before papers were signed. Delivery was on time and the vehicle was absolutely spotless. All staff, management, and finance were extremely friendly and willing to assist wherever they could. Bought a used vehicle from Wellington with the help of Olivia as sales rep and Michelle for financials. As my first car purchase both Olivia and Michelle were very kind and patient with me. Really appreciated the time Olivia put in to help me select my car as well as notify me of any new arrivals that may fit my interest. Michelle was also very transparent and clear with the breakdown of the financial process and made sure I had a good understanding without being pushy. Overall, it was just a great experience and I’m happy to have gotten my car from this dealer!

After shopping around at 3 different dealers in Guelph with negative results for what I was searching for, the last stop of the day was Wellington Chrysler. Upon arrival we were greeted by the very friendly and outgoing Marina. She brought us in, listened to our must haves vehicle wise and finance wise, then brought the vehicle right up to the doors for us to test drive. It was then Michelle's turn to speak to us about financing the purchase, yet again, further professionalism was displayed. Throughout our search and ultimately our purchase, right up to driving away, both of these wonderful ladies were excellent, easy to speak to, down to earth, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend stopping by this dealer and seeking out Marina and Michelle for your next vehicle, they are a great duo and very accommodating. Great work ladies!

I have always wanted a Ram 1500. My original intention was just going into look around and see what they had on their lot. I seen a few Trucks I liked. With the current Covid situation they were doing appointments to look at cars. I called and asked if it was possible to just take a peek in a couple trucks, if not could I make an appointment. They were happy to send someone out. I was met by Adam. I mentioned to Adam that I was just wanting to look and would not take up to much of his time. Adam walked around with me for almost 45 min explaining the differences between some of models I looked at. Adam then took the time to price out some of the trucks for me and what it would be for payments. The entire time I talked with Adam not once did I find him to push me to buy. Adam worked with me for over a week helping me find a truck with what I wanted. Adam contacted me with a few option he had on the lot and had me come in to test drive them. I was hooked the moment I drove them. I felt completely comfortable with Adam and did not find him pushy at all. I finally decided on the one I wanted. I then was taken over to Michelle. Michelle walked me through the options available to me for extended warranties and Michelle too was not pushing me to buy anything extra. Michelle put it through and it was Mine!! I could not be more happier with the decision to purchase my truck here. I ended up purchasing floor mats the day I picked it up and received amazing service and advice from the parts manager. Wellington Motors has an amazing staff.
