Left my vehicle here at 830am for a tire & oil change. I told the person in the service department I would be going for a walk in town while waiting for it. He told me it would be ready around noon. I called the service department multiple times between 130-230 with no answer. When I walked back to check on the status of my vehicle I was told it hadn’t been looked at yet and will be an hour and a half before it’s finished. I was made to feel like a hassle and I took my keys for my vehicle to be serviced elsewhere.
