Jimmy Le - We recently bought a Honda CRV 2014 from Winnipeg Honda, and we're very satisfied with our purchase and the service that we received from Jimmy Le, one of their product advisor. As soon as the sales manager greeted us and asked Jimmy to help us, Jimmy immediately built a good rapport and made us feel comfortable. He was very attentive, and patience to let us explore/explain our needs; on top of that he was fully equipped with his product knowledge. He has a great ability to connect with his clients, which is a big thing in today's sales market. He wanted us to be fully satisfied with our purchase as a buyer. Thank you Jimmy ***** for all your help and being very patience with us when we were struggling to make a final decision. Way to go WPG Honda Mgmt team for having such a great employee in your team and creating such a warm environment to your clients - I hope other dealers will learn a lesson from your team.

I dealt with Andy Chan at Winnipeg Honda, wanting to purchase a 2013 Honda Fit. Andy was extremely rude and disrespectful, and became hostile during price negotiations. Response times were slow. The dealership was unwilling to commit on a firm price for an order, and the high pressure tactics and abruptness of the dealer combined with this was a dealbreaker. I went to Crown Honda afterwards for a much more agreeable experience.
