Put my $65,000 truck through their hands free wash... without asking me if I would like it put through that THING! I would have said NO because all it’s good for is a rinse, then if it’s cold it freezes on the truck, and this time we had the PLEASURE, of having new scratches on our drivers side door and hood... which of course can’t prove it was from that specific time anymore, so now we are left to deal with the major reduction to the value of our truck at the hands of the people who sold it to us in the first place.

Worst experience by far

It started out great. The shuttle dropped me off at home and said they would call to come get me. They called me and said they were on the way. 45 minutes goes by while I am waiting outside. No one shows up. So I call, the shop is closed. Turns out the whole place is closed. Someone called me to say it's done were coming to get you, confirmed my address, said they were on the way. Then never showed up. Topper is they have my keys and only vehicle. I had to get the spare from Toronto because again they have my keys INCLUDING MY ONLY APARTMENT KEY. I grab my truck from a closed shop and go home. Next day I come back for my keys and to lodge a complaint. Everyone brushed me off no one even cared and I was told multiple times someone will call you back. No one ever did. Top this all off they didnt even notice my truck was missing. They directed me where to go to pick it up and when I said I did that over 12 hours ago they had no idea. Never going back.

I got the car of my dreams and I am so overwhelmed by the fact that now I own the Impala LTZ 2LZ. This would not be possible if it wasn’t for Cindy and Helena. I only would like know why I didn’t get the winter rims that were on the car when I bought the car. What is confusing is they gave me the hub caps and why they would do this? The rims belonged to the car and they gave me hub caps?????????
