Winnipeg Honda

This was the first car my fiance and I have purchased from a car dealership. We did our homework and shopped around and Winnipeg Honda was without a doubt the best dealership we dealt with. We live out of town so I had to chat with James Cracknell over the phone many times before we visited the dealership. He was very informative, friendly, and passionate about his work. He seemed like a very genuine person. He asked a lot of questions, was interested in what we had to say and was very easy to talk to. The test drive went great, James knew everything there was to know about the vehicle. Afterwards he offered us beverages and made us feel very comfortable. We then dealt with Elvis Balkissoon, the business manager, who went over all the financing and technical things. He was very funny, kept things light and didn't make us feel intimidated. Once we signed all the papers and everything was done, James went above and beyond what a salesman needs to do and bought us a congratulatory cake knowing this was a big year for us (this was our first car together and we were getting married very soon). To make sure we didn't feel out of place the next time we would visit, he called all the Winnipeg Honda staff over to introduce us. They also congratulated us on our new vehicle and our upcoming wedding. James, Elvis and the Winnipeg Honda staff gave us the best customer service we've ever received. We highly recommend that if you plan on buying a vehicle, to talk to James and buy from Winnipeg Honda. They have definitely gained a lifetime customer in us.

I really enjoyed dealing with Andy. He was very professional, courteous and responsive. He responded to my initial e-mail inquiry within two minutes and from there everything went smoothly. I would go back and deal with Andy any time and I will be refering friends and neighbours to him and Winnnipeg Honda.

David provided an exceptional service and help. Not only he was very friendly and welcoming, he also made us wonderful Chinese tea that he bought for himself from China. I traded my old car in and I also sold to the dealership my winter tires. It happened that my husband was away on business trip, and I wouldn't be able to load my winter tires to the car. David came to help - he drove to my house, loaded the tires for me, and I went to the dealership where David went through all the features of my new Honda CRV, as well he synchronized my iphone with the car, and showed me how to add more phones and use all the features. Awesome sirvice that I never experienced before in any dealership in Winnipeg. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is thinking about buying a car.

I told them I wanted to speak with Andrew and in just a few minutes I was at Andrew's desk talking about my vehicle purchase. Andrew is very knowledgeable about his vehicles and insisted that I take a few cars for a test drive. I felt no pressure and was very relaxed during the whole process. When it came down to all the paper work I met with Judy and she did a remarkable job explaining all the features that Winnipeg Honda had to offer and she is very knowledgeable about the financing process, it helped clarify a lot about buying a car, considering this was my very first vehicle purchase. My overall experience at Winnipeg Honda was amazing and will definitely recommended them to my family and friends.

Not your typical dealership! These guys went above and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle for me. I had the pleasure of working with Andrew, Michael, and Raj. Andrew is an excellent sales rep. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for..and most importantly, extremely patient when I was making my decision. Michael is probably the best person to talk to for any financial needs. He broke everything down and made it easy to understand. Raj was very friendly and made me feel comfortable about my decision. All in all, the whole team was very easy going and supportive. I would definitely refer friends and family to them!

We bought a pre-loved 2010 Honda Crosstour from Dylan Foui at Winnipeg Honda, and this was a very positive experience. We had just purchased a 'lemon' car from a VW dealer in Winnipeg, and had the worst buying/service experience ever!! With some 'nudging' from a family member we had the opportunity to meet Dylan and his team, and we were treated with such respect. Dylan was very sensitive to our situation, our wants and needs, and gave us the best buying experience yet! We absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our 'new' Crosstour!! We have owned it for approx 1 month, and put on 2000KM!! I will never buy anything other than a HONDA from this day forth!!!! A huge bouquet to Dylan and his team at Winnipeg Honda!! See you soon!
