I brought the car in for tire changeover on Saturday. At the end of this, Nelson told me (and wrote on my invoice) that "Left front wheel bearing has excessive play! Should be changed immediately!" When I asked him to change it immediately, he said he couldn't because there was only two hours left before the end of the work day. When I asked him to book the car for next week, he said everything was fully booked because of the tire changeover season, but that I "should use the car less" because "it's almost dangerous". I had to contact the Dealership's General Manager to have the part changed. After my conversation with the General Manager and then the Service Manager on Monday, the car was fixed the same day.

Hi Nailya, You have been servicing with Jackson's Toyota over 4 years now. You have been a loyal customer. As you know this is not generally how we schedule appointments. The spring and fall are very busy times. We were fully booked for nearly a week ahead when you had the wheel bearing problem and it was Saturday afternoon when we discovered the wheel bearing problem. Nelson gave you options other than driving away with a bad wheel bearing and I understand none of the options we gave you fit into your schedule. On Monday when we spoke, I asked you to drop off the car and I would fit it in at some point in time Monday or Tuesday and get the repair completed for you. I managed to get the wheel bearing replaced for you the same day. I hope you can see we're here to provide the best service possible for our customers and we made special arrangements to get you back on the road in minimal time.

I had an oil leak which I noticed and took my car in for service and they discovered something about a water thing, which was explained to me at the time in words I can understand and have since forgotten. Separately, I've also had my snow tires changed. I don't know much about cars and don't feel confident in my knowledge; however, I've come to Jackson's for the past 6 years and have always had great service. I feel valued and respected as a customer and every repair has been done with care and the results have been fantastic. I have every intention of continuing to come to you for repairs and any future cars purchases.

Elie was client orientated. He was able to process my scheduled visit in a timely manner including additional service work.

I enjou my exp with the serv department especially with Nelson. I was explained what needed to be done and painful as it is to spend 1200$ i appreciate the competent service

Had to deal with Sales and it was terrible, then parts and they knew nothing and now the service department with a recall and had to leave with my truck. I have never had a dealership spew so much BS as this dealership. I will be very happy when I do not have a toyota anymore and will NEVER buy another. So far my truck was recalled for sudden acceleration, and it is being recalled for an airbag problem. Wonder whats next.... I have used other toyota dealers and they were much better, but will never go to jacksons toyota again.

Dear Dave Although I am not currently a customer I am writing to say THANK YOU to you & your service staff for your much appreciated help during our family’s recent visit to Barrie. While there for a family funeral I experienced a concerning vibration & thumping noise from the front end of the Toyota car we had rented from the Toronto airport. Not needing the extra hassle of vehicle trouble during this already stressful time I was very pleased with your expert & prompt assistance to get us back on the road again. It is people such as you and businesses like Jackson's Toyota that help renew a persons faith that there are indeed many good people that are there when you need them? I can only surmise that if Jackson's Toyota is willing to provide this level of professionalism to stranger then your customers most certainly must be satisfied with the service & attention given to their concerns when they visit your dealership.
