Not one person offered to "introduce" me to my car. As a senior who said I had never owned a new car, I would have expected some help in learning the features. Also, $32.00 licensing fee which was never performed and was told you didn't do that. The fact that I was told this is a charge for putting on my plates is "crap". It is the exact price I paid Service Ontario to do what you should have done. The attendant at Service Ontario said she had never heard of a dealership who didn't do this. I tried twice to contact Nic, but was never available. You are a NO FRILLS company that I will never recommend. Your prices may be good, but you are a "No

my visit with haldimand didn’t go very well. It wasn’t easy like people said it was. the sale manager didn’t call me back I had to call myself. The guy nick had to check with the banks first. I had call haldimand motors myself. The guy who I had talked to on the phone told me the banks declined my application

Amazing experience

What a great experience. Buying a car can be stressful. This is a no pressure , fairly priced dealership with the most amazing customer service. We recently purchased a 2015 Buick Verano . Every person we dealt with , from the office to the service department went above and beyond our expectations. Definitely worth the drive to Haldimand!

Quite different from regular car dealers

I was a little disappointed that I had to wander the lot looking for the car I was interested in.. I think the buying experience could be improved by having someone take me to the car of my choice, or bring it to the front for me. Also it would have been nice to have someone show me the options and how they work BEFOREI took the car on a test drive. On a positive note, the young man who showed me the options when I picked up the car was knowledgeable and polite in explaining them to me.

I was greeted by the team with upmost respect and it was nice to not have anyone pressuring me while I was making my selection. The process to actually purchase the vehicle was quick and easy and everything was transferred for me upon picking up my vehicle which left me with no stress. After the purchase I had an issue with the engine light which I was able to book an appointment quickly to resolve the problem. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would recommend their services.
