I was given a few choices of vehicles with different options to ponder in order to finalize my choice. The process was respectful and prompt and ultimately, satisfying. My intent with our previous Leggat vehicle and in turn this one was to develop a long-term relationship with Leggat and it is well on its way via the sales department as well as the service department. In particular, Ian MacDonald, Peter Calvert and Mark Stahl.

Its to bad the smiles end with the sales staff. I have been back twice , to the service dept and to the parts dept and there was not a smile to been seen.... They should be spoken to about their surley attitude.

The purchase experience at Leggats was very relaxed and freindly with no presure.

The sales person went over all aspects of the purchase and included all eligible discounts. Did not feel like I had to argue for a good deal. They got the truck that I wanted and made everything easy. The finance department was equally good and also dealt with us in a relaxed and no pressure environment. Over all one of the best experiences I've been through when purchasing an automobile. Great job Shaun!!!
