Kelly Prior: Best customer service I have ever experienced!

I was looking to replace my vehicle and had very strict criteria. Literally within minutes of meeting Kelly, he had several options for me to look at. He took my criteria seriously (very importantly...he listened to what I had on my list of must have's) and found the vehicle I needed and wanted. Not an ounce of pressure, just great friendly "what can I do for you" service! It is truly a rare thing to have such a great experience with a purchase. Even after the sale service continued, he took his time walking me through the vehicle and made sure I was confident in all aspects of it options. I was introduced to all the different departments in the dealership and had tour of the facility. Kelly made it fun and enjoyable! Jeff Bowes in finance was a real pleasure to deal with as well. Fast, efficient and CLEAR on a substantial amount of paper work. And...a heck of a nice guy!! I will simply never buy a vehicle anywhere else!

Kelly called as soon as the specific vehicle I asked for came available. The truck was cleaned nicely when I picked it up. He kept the price he verbally quoted to me. Financing manager was friendly and helpful. Excellent experience all around.

When we realized we were in need of a new-to-us vehicle, we immediately thought of Dan and his team at SMP. This completed our third purchase from this capable group of individuals. We have always found them to be approachable and willing to discuss their inventory with great ease and insight. Our experiences have also proven successful in the long run, as well. Best car sales experience

In my opinion, Levon provided the smoothest, most laid back car buying experience I've had. He took my vague wants/needs and turned them into the vehicle I was looking for. There was no pressure to settle for another vehicle if he couldn't find the exact features. At the end of the day Levon found the right vehicle, at the right price, at the right time. Closing the deal was a no-brainer.
